Normally you copy it, leave the chat, open a notes app, find the list, paste and come back. With Mindbar you press the text and pick Mindbar. You never leave the chat.

  • On your phone: “Mindbar” is in the text menu of every app, next to Copy.
  • In a chat: in WhatsApp and WeChat a Mindbar button appears beside the message.
  • On your PC: copy anything and a circle appears by your cursor, or press Ctrl+Shift+M.

The job you keep pushing to tomorrow.

If you don't finish a job, Mindbar carries it to the next day and starts counting. On the fourth day it says Day 4, and that number is meant to make you uncomfortable.

Write a time into a job, like “Call Rafiq back at 4pm”, and it becomes an alarm by itself. It rings on your phone and your PC, even with the app closed. If you have a manager, the jobs they give you land on the same sheet.

Why people install it

Your words are locked before they leave your phone.

Everything you write is locked with a key made from your password, and the key never leaves your device. Our server can count that you have 11 notes, but it cannot read a single one.
